Kingston Middle School
Cavalier Band Program Mr. Jeff Haag, Director of Bands 360-394-4958
Where we are located: Kingston Middle School is located approximately 30 miles North of Bremerton in Kingston, Washington which is on the Northern end of the Kitsap Peninsula. Kingston Middle School is part of the North Kitsap School District.
Who are the Cavaliers: This school was opened in 1990 as a Junior High School. After the end of the 2006-2007 school year, the North Kitsap School Disrict realigned school attendance with the addition of Kingston High School. Because of this realignment Kingston Junior High became Kingston Middle School for grades 6th through 8th. The history on this page reflects the events and accomplishments of the program as a Junior High School and as well as it's brief history as a Middle School.
School Administration: KMS is honored to have Susan Wistrand as their principal, with Bill Breakey as assistant principal.
Parent Involvement: The parents at Kingston Middle School are proud to sponsor the Cavalier Band Booster program. The band boosters are responsible for fundraising, organization of field trips, coordinating volunteers/chaperones and general support of the band program.
Corporate & Personal Sponsors: The Kingston Middle School Cavalier Marching Band is always striving to become the best that they can be. It is their goal to upgrade many of their instruments as well as their marching percussion. Due to the high expenses of the marching uniforms, concert attire, travel and equipment, the Cavalier band program is always in need of personal & corporate sponsors. If you are interested, please feel free to contact the band Director, Mr. Jeff Haag at 360-394-4958. Thank you!
